xbji Terms & Conditions

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the xbji website (https://xbji.lat) and all its services.
• "User" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal login-protected profile.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers provided by xbji, granted under specific conditions.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount held in a user's account.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

xbji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through their account in the event of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on xbji, a user must meet the following requirements:

• Must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The information provided must be verifiable by official documents.

2.2 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of the account or suspected security breach must be reported to xbji immediately. The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out under their account.

2.3 Identity Verification

xbji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, birth certificate, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on xbji is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and various other Bangladeshi banks). Deposits are generally processed instantly. xbji does not charge any additional fees for deposits, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The account's identity verification must be completed.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (where applicable).

3.3 Transaction Suspension or Cancellation

xbji reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction in cases of fraudulent activity or security concerns. The relevant user will be notified in such cases, and where applicable, the original deposited amount will be returned to the account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. This bonus can only be received once and applies to new accounts only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Policy Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and must be used within the specified time.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• xbji reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• In cases of fraudulent bonus claims, the account may be closed.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

xbji believes in fair play. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unbiased outcomes. Any form of cheating, software hacking, or gaining an advantage through artificial means is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Playing using bots or automated software.
• Colluding with other users.
• Exploiting any system error or bug for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities.

5.3 Errors & Technical Issues

xbji reserves the right to recover any payment or bonus incorrectly issued due to a technical error. Services may be temporarily unavailable during system maintenance. In such cases, funds from ongoing game sessions will be kept safe and added to the balance.

6.1 VIP Levels

The xbji VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher VIP levels through regular and active play.

6.2 VIP Benefits Terms

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. xbji reserves the right to modify or suspend the VIP program at any time. xbji's decision regarding VIP level assignment will be considered final.
